Hello and Welcome!

I am proud to tell you about the highlights of my long and successful career as a Real Estate Professional in the Great Capital District area of New York.

2026 will be my 49th year of servicing the Capital Region and I've been involved in well over 1,200 real estate transactions during this time.  I am most proud of being named a Realtor Emeritus in 2017.  This distinguished award is earned by being an active Realtor for 40 years along with being involved in various community service organizations.  This award is earned by less than 1% of Realtors nationwide so it is a great honor that I am proud to have received.  I am also a Licensed Associate RE Broker, Certified E Pro, & Senior Sales Rep with the Howard Hanna Greenbush Office. 

I am a proud member of the Brewer Morris (BM) Team with my partner Jolene Morris.  We have worked together for 14 years and during this period have achieved many accolades and sales awards based on our consistently high production levels.  Our motto is: "Exceeding Expectations on a Daily Basis." The BM Team has reached the highest level of production not only in our company but also against all competition in the Region.  In the crowded field of local Realtors, our Team stands as one that has a long history of producing results.  Another feature that sets our Team apart is our super aggressive marketing plan. We are always updating this plan to reflect the latest social media trends including the Zillow Showcase, Facebook, Instagram and You Tube.  Our goal is to expose our listings to as many buyers as possible, through all of the latest platforms that are available.  We also believe in open houses and other "old school" tried and true methods.
